During morning observations, the client did not remain focused on his assignments while the class participated in morning stations. During midday observations, the client exhibited difficulty with following directions on the first prompt and keeping his hands to himself. In the cafeteria the client did not follow directions to stay in his seat and participated in a fight. During afternoon observations, the client exhibited difficulty with keeping his hands to himself and accepting the consequences for his actions. QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the school setting. QMHP-C inquired about the clientâs morning. During morning observations, QMHP-C redirected The client and reiterated the importance of remaining focused while in class. During midday observations, QMHP-C redirected The client and reiterated the importance of following directions on the first prompt and keeping his hands to himself. During afternoon observations, QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of keeping his hands to himself and accepting the consequences for his actions. The client responded well towards Therapeutic Day Treatment services throughout the day as evidenced by participation and positive feedback. During morning observations, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to remain focused and complete his assignments. During midday observations, the client was unreceptive to redirection by crying and trying to run away. The client was then able to calm down and agreed to follow directions on the first prompt and interact with his peers in a positive manner by keeping his hands to himself. During afternoon observations, the client was unreceptive to redirection by crying. The client was then able to calm down and agreed to interact with his peers in positive manner by keeping his hands to him himself and to also accept the consequences for his actions.
